These 25x150mm (1x6") glass test tubes, have a nominal outside diameter of 25mm. If you have a hole that is slightly wider than the OD of the tube, an o-ring or elastic band, etc. placed under the rim may fix the problem. You can also see how the o-rings were used to position the test tube in this wall mounted spice rack. Rubber o-rings are generally available in hardware or plumbing supply stores.

We needed test tubes for plant propagation stations so I was searching for a Canadian supplier. Came across Indigo Instruments and took the risk. We have ordered a bunch of these for craft projects. They always arrive quickly and are well packed to avoid damage by the shipper. As mentioned in description they can vary slightly in diameter but length is pretty much always accurate. The lip can also vary between orders. Overall very happy with Indigo Instruments and would definitely recommend.
