After Bioquip closed, I reviewed entomology equipment sourses, and found Indigo Instruments. The pins are known brands, and are lower in price than most of the suppliers I had been using. These Sphinx pins are excellent.

I discovered Indigo Instruments very recently and I must say I was surprised by the easiness of the purchase process and the clarity of the website. Even though I've had a very good overall experience, I would encourage Indigo Instruments to improve the graphic aspects of the site (especially thumbnails and larger images) to go even further with customer experience. The dispatching and delivery were quick. The product, authentic classic black enamel entomology pins, is best quality and subtle when used for insect display. I highly recommend it.

I am a returning customer. I purchased the #1 black enamel pins to ise when sewing. I quilt and applique and these pins are great. Nice and thin, goes thru fabric easily and long enough so as to not slip out while working on a project.
