Sodium Chloride Structure Crystal Model

This NaCl (sodium chloride) molecular model has 13 grey/sodium atoms & 14 green/chlorine atoms. Ordinary table salt forms a typical cubic close packed crystal structure. This model can be extended to any size using genuine Molymod components as indicated in the parts list below.
This model can also represent similar chemical structures such as galena (lead sulfide). Sulfur atoms are typically depicted as yellow & we can substitute the octahedral yellow atom for the green octahedral atom at no extra charge. Simply indicate this at the time of ordering in the "Comments" portion of the on-line order form.
