This image shows the unit cell of the rhombohedral (beta) form of graphite. Compare it to the unit cell of the hexagonal (alpha) form. You will need two model kits to show them side by side.
Note: The purple trigonal bypramidal atoms that replace the standard black ones to outline the unit cell are not included. They are listed in the "Related Products" section below & you need to add 9 of them to the shopping cart. Or, add 15 if you will alternate with the hexagonal version.
