Indigo® Nitrite-Nitrate test strips measure nitrite in 0 to 25ppm & nitrate in 0-500ppm levels simultaneously in ground, well or drinking water; only $17.95/50 strips.

Nitrate is reduced to nitrite quickly in well-aerated soils and bioreactors by aerobic bacteria. These test strips can help determine rates of nitrification, nitrite removal & biological oxygen demand. They can also be used to determine levels in wine, seafood and charcuterie meats.

Details

Nitrate and nitrite test strips can be used to test water quality in farm runoff, groundwater or in bioreactors for conversion of ammonia to nitrate. These are also a simpler alternative to the "brown ring test".

Specifications
  • Nitrate is measured in increments of 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, & 500ppm
  • Nitrite is measured in increments of 1, 5, 10, & 25ppm
  • The number of strips (50) per vial is approximate.
  • These strips are extremely sensitive to airborne humidity. Reseal the desiccant lined bottle immediately after removing a strip to ensure 3 year shelf life.
