I recently placed an order in which one of the items was back ordered and I ordered the wrong handle for the blades needed. The next day, I received an email from the company to let me know, and they were very helpful in ordering me the proper handles, saved me money and doubled my order. Good old fashioned customer service is hard to find today as well as honesty. They could have very easily told me the product was more expensive!
